This is the copycat recipe for Chuy’s famous jalapeño sauce! Zesty flavors with just enough heat, you may just want to drink it up! This can be served simply with tortilla chips or poured over enchiladas!
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. can green chilies
- 2 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds/stem removed
- 1/3 c. fresh cilantro
- 1 (1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy!
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve chilled.
Yields 8 servings.
