Ingredients:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 2 c. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
- Nature’s seasoning
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400*. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients from the cream cheese down to the Nature’s Seasoning. Stir until combined.
- Cut pastry into 9 squares and place one in each muffin cup. Place a heaping tablespoon of the spinach mixture on top of the pastry dough. Fold the exposed edges of the pastry in towards the center to slightly close in contents. Brush edges with melted butter.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until pastry is flaky and browned.
Yields 9 pastries.
