Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. of sugar (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 c. quick oats
- splash of lemon juice
- 1/2 c. ice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized Nutribullet capsule and “ultrablend” until smooth.
Yields about 2 smoothies.
