Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. of sugar (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 c. quick oats
  • splash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized Nutribullet capsule and “ultrablend” until smooth.

Yields about 2 smoothies.
