Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

I strongly recommend Olive Garden brand dressing, it is truly the supreme option. I served my chicken over roasted spaghetti squash, but it would be incredible over do many awesome options: regular noodles, zucchini noodles, cauli rice or cauli mash.


  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. light Olive Garden dressing
  • 1 c. shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. packed 1/3 less fat cream cheese


  1. In a large crock pot, add all ingredients.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken breasts and serve.
